In our cows we expect what our customers expect..

a cow that can keep good udder structure, foot structure, confirmation, longevity, docility,  depth of body, rib shape and can grow a calf!

Our Mission:

Our Mission: Is to build and grow Exceptional Cows because Cows are what make the herd

This daughter of Tour of Duty is an example of the kind of cows we raise... length, depth and quality udder structure.  This cow is in her working clothes, photo taken after calving.  She is out of a cow we purchased from Tokach Angus, St Anthony ND - Tokach Black Lady 8198.  We've kept many daughters out of the Black Lady cow and now have grand-daughter's as well that are in production that we are most excited about their future!

Numbers do not mean everything to us- they still need to have the look to play a part in our herd, however you look at this gal's numbers she can do it all.  From calving ease, to hig growth numbers, she is in the top 2% for $W and top 3% for $B.

Our daughter Rylee purchased this cow as a heifer off the Fall Online Flash & Function Sale, Garret Knebel, in 2016.  When we first saw this heifer we knew she would fit into our herd well, not only because she is a Female out of the Courage bull, but her cow look is what we strive for. Rylee went on to have a pretty successful first year showing at the 2017 National Junior Angus Show in Des Moines, Iowa.  But what we are most excited about is her bull calf she raised here this summer in 2018. After updating weaning data "Montana" weaned off her first calf at 111 ratio.
